Reply:I was going to describe a tulip upside down...so skirty would be puffy by waist/hips and scalloped on bottom w/ big scallops. For pictures just go to google.com.
Reply:Can't find a link, but it tucks under at the bottom and puffs out in the middle. They were everywhere last year.
