Can i use tulip fabric and craft paint on ceramic?

If you can get it to stick at all, this type of paint (acrylic) will peel off ceramic, especially when washed. It is not food-safe either.

There are paints on the market that are specially made for use on glass or ceramic (Pebeo is one brand). Look for those.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I know how to find out. Just contact the staff at Opus. Here's their website: %26lt;opusframing.com%26gt;
Reply:You can use craft paint on ceramics as long as the piece has been fired to bisque stage first. Paint and then use a sealer. Acrylic craft paints are not to be used on ceramics that you plan to fire in a kilm.
Reply:Yes as long as it has been bisque fired and you are not going to have it fired again. If it has already been glazed and fired the paint will not stay on the piece.
