Can you replant tulip bulbs in the spring?

Tulips need the cold weather to regenerate. If you put them in the ground in the spring, they will stay dormant until next spring with a possibility of rotting during the summer. Plant them in the fall and let them hibernate.

Can you replant tulip bulbs in the spring?
Just leave them in the ground. They will come back.
Reply:Have you already dug them up? If so, store them in a paper sack and wait until October to replant them.

If they're still in the ground, leave 'em; they'll return again next spring :)

Reply:No,you should plant them late fall. And to keep them safe and healty ,keep in mind that bulbs shouldn't touch to each other during storage. Store them in a box,at a cool dark dry place By late fall plant them to a sunny spot.Tips: Plant them in rich soil, even everyone says to dig them 7 inches deep,3 inches makes them grow faster and have big flowers.
