Tulip bulbs can be forced inside, but they still need a time of cool teperatures and dark before they will bloom. They need 8-16 weeks of temperatures between 35 and 50 degrees(you can use your fridge if you have room). Look for them to start sprouting when they have had enough cool. Then plant them in a nice container and enjoy.
