You can try, your best bet is to actually plant them in a container and wait until next fall to get them in the ground.
Can I plant tulip and hyacinth bulbs now in Jan-Feb (St. Louis, Mo.) for blooms in spring?
im not super sure but i dont think so, but i think that they have to be in the ground for 1 year, mabye ulips will grow tho
