It's the entire month of April every year - http://www.tulipfestival.org/ This year's info isn't up yet but that's the site that will give the schedule of events.

Reply:There is something going on every weekend in April. I lived in that area for several years and here are a few tips. Don't stop in the middle of the road and block traffic. Remember that the locals still have to get to and from work and stopping traffic causes people to be late. Don't trample the flowers by going out in the fields. These flowers are the livelihood of Skagit county and trampling them causes them to lose money. Use proper manners when dealing with the locals. They may need your business, but there is no need to act like you are doing them a favor and be snotty.
