You will probably need to talk to a PartyLite consultant to get exactly this. These are likely from an older style, and are now a replacement piece, which only PartyLite can sell. If you just want the glass part, and it doesn't need to be identical, any of the current line would fit. The glass part is called a "peg light." Check with your consultant about available peg lights. If you don't see what you need, ask about replacements parts, which are available separately out of a consultant-only catalogue. HTH!
